- Notes:
- Studio portrait of Blanche Draper from the 1946 Brown & Gold yearbook. Draper came to Western State Normal School in 1918 to serve as the faculty editor of the Western Herald. She continued to serve in an advisory capacity to the Herald after it became a student-staffed newspaper. Her position evolved to full-time publicity director for the institution, which she held until her death in 1951. Draper Hall and Dinning Service was co-dedicated in 1950 in her honor for 31 years as publicity director.

- Anna L. French in her office. She began her career at Western as a assistant librarian in 1907, and later became head librarian in 1939 until her retirement in 1946. The dormatory, French Hall, was dedicated in her honor in 1960.
