City Planning Division staff trimmed two photographs extensively. The images do not match perfectly; the pavement and automobiles are at varying heights in the two images. In this instance, an automobile in one photo was cut around and the affixed to the other photo, binding them together. City Planning Division staff annotation is present.

City Planning Division staff trimmed two photographs to make this composite. Because the images were taken at different times, automobiles seen in one portion are absent from the other.
