"9/13/66 Thursa Walker, 4860 Delba Dr. Dayton, Ohio, 349-7199" handwritten on verso in pencil "William James Appling (Det.) in police uniform of early 1870s grandfather of donor, Mrs. Edgar Stevens, 625 Merchant Ave. Ypsilanti 48197, Xed 4-10-68" handwritten on verso in ink.
