The State Savings Bank is at the top right. The Campau Building is at the bottom left. The Detroit Free Press building is at the bottom right. And the Wayne County Savings Bank on Congress Street is in the center. Each frame is drawn as a sheet of paper with curling edges, and vines curve around and over several of them.

- Double parallel folded Detroit United Lines Flint Division time table, revised May 6, 1919. The time table lists arrival times in Central Standard Time for interurban streetcars between Detroit and Bay City. It also contains information for passengers and brief information about the Sandwich, Windsor, and Amherstburg Railway, and the Windsor and Tecumseh Electric Railway.

- Detroit Public Schools Department of Penmanship Instruction certificate awarded to Eric Rose, grade B6, on January 31, 1919. The certificate is printed with the signatures of Superintendent Charles E. Chadsey, and Supervisor of Penmanship J.E. Huchingson, and signed by Principal A.V. Hart. The certificate was printed by the Detroit Lithograph Company.

- Monochromatic postcard depicting the Hotel Pontchartrain from the corner of Woodward Avenue and Cadillac Square, with a streetcar in the foreground. Printed on verso: The Hotel Pontchartrain, Detroit's latest and best hotel, is beautifully situated on the Campus. It is ten stories high with three stories underground. This hotel was opened to the public in October 1907 and is strictly fireproof. It is a marvel of convenience, the underground portion being the most important for the comfort of the guests. Over four million pounds of steel were used in its construction. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug, 1910.

- This 1-page letter was typewritten in blue text on a light tan paper by Charles H. Jacobs who was the Chairman of the scholarship fund as well as the Vice President and Managing Director of the Buhl Stamping Company. The company letterhead appears across the top of the page which is dated "Dec. 31, 1900" and is signed in black ink by Charles H. Jacobs. The letter is entitled, "The Detroit High School Scholarship Fund," and gives some brief history of how and why the fund was established in 1890.

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Sketch of Light House Depot." The drawing was prepared at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet and shows the location of the existing Light House Depot store house building and dock at the foot of Mt. Elliot [Elliott] Avenue in Detroit. A new dock, boat slip, and store house building are also shown. Handwritten text in the lower right corner of the sheet shows "No. 285. Forwarded to L.H. Board with letter of November 21, 1870," and is signed by "O. M. Poe, Engr. 11th L.H. Dist."
