- One drawing entitled "Stem for St'r. [Steamer] No. 66." The drawing consists of red and black ink on linen and shows plan, profile, and cross-section views of the stem section for the proposed vessel. The drawing is shown at a scale of 3/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated October, 1893. Printed text beneath the title shows "Craig Ship Bldg. Co., Toledo, O." and also the signature, "George Craig." Handwritten text within a blue stamp in the lower right corner shows "New Drawing No. Tol. 66-S11-8-3, Tube No. 2."

- Colorized halftone print of a photograph depicting the west side of Campus Martius, as viewed from an elevated position, likely from the Pontchartrain Hotel. The primary copy has bolder colors and is mounted on beige cardstock. The secondary copy has lighter colors, and includes the title, "'The Heart of Detroit' - Reproduced from Photograph," as well as the notation, " Jos. Mack, Printer, Detroit." Both versions include captions below labeling the Post Office, City Hall, Pardridge and Blackwell in the Majestic Building, the Michigan Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, Merrill Fountain, and the Opera House. A sign reading, "Welcome National Hay Association" is posted on the front of City Hall. The moonlight tower in front of City Hall on the corner of Woodward Avenue and Michigan Avenue is visible. Electric streetcars, horse-drawn carriages, and pedestrians are on the streets below. "1902-1903" handwritten on lower right corner of secondary copy, and "Fine Cigars and Tobacco, Confectionary, Soft Drinks, and School Supplies, Etc., 528 Dix Ave. Detroit, Mich." stamped on its verso.

- Softcover booklet entitled, "Union Trust Company - Detroit," which celebrates the 33rd anniversary of the company founding. The cover consists of a heavy gray paper that is printed in dark gray and gold designs. The 36 interior pages are printed in black text on white paper. The booklet was printed by the Saturday Night Press and includes a company history as well as photos of company directors and officers along with brief biographies. The president of the company was Frank W. Blair.

Handwritten text in black ink on the verso shows "Tampa, Oct. 11/'92. Dear Madge, We arrived all safe. We were glad to receive your postal card. Mother's cough is all gone already. Give our love and kind regards to all. From Pa."

Piles of bricks and construction debris are along the block on the left. Several bicycle stores are across the street on the right, and a moonlight tower stands in the background on the left. "Detroit Citizens St. Ry. Opening of Line," is stamped on the verso.

- One "United States Internal Revenue, Receipt for Special Tax," dated 1870. It was printed in black text on white paper and indicated that the Richmond & Backus Company had paid $60 for a special tax on its business as "Wholesale Dealers and Manufacturers" for the year ending May 1, 1871. The receipt was signed by "F. Blackinarr, Dep. [Deputy] Collector of the 1st District, State of Mich."
