- Typewritten letter sent to the Clark Electrical Engineering Company from Captain George Sabin Gibbs, of the Signal Corps on June 6, 1906. The message is in regard to order no. 5374 for "six sets of wireless telegraph instruments." Gibbs instructs that the sets should be shipped to the Signal Corps Storeroom in New York City. He adds that the army Quartermaster nearest to Detroit will follow up with specifications regarding shipping. Gibbs closes with his signature. The letter is printed on War Department, Office of the Chief Signal Officer letterhead.

- One plan sheet entitled, "Inboard Profile for Fire Tug." The drawing consists of ink on linen and shows a starboard side interior profile view of the hull and decks for the fire tugboat, George A. Wallace. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building & Dry Dock Co." at a scale of 3/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated November 18, 1915. The plan number is shown as "3604."

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Sketch of Light House Depot." The drawing was prepared at a scale of 1 inch = 50 feet and shows the location of the existing Light House Depot store house building and dock at the foot of Mt. Elliot [Elliott] Avenue in Detroit. A new dock, boat slip, and store house building are also shown. Handwritten text in the lower right corner of the sheet shows "No. 285. Forwarded to L.H. Board with letter of November 21, 1870," and is signed by "O. M. Poe, Engr. 11th L.H. Dist."

- One map sheet entitled "Part of Wards 5, 7, 9 & 11." The map (Plate 6) covers an area bounded by the Detroit River on the south, Hastings Street on the west, Macomb Street on the north, and Joseph Campau Avenue on the east. It is drawn at a scale of 1 inch = 200 feet and is printed in black, green, pale red, and pale yellow ink. It shows streets, houses, lots, lot numbers, water mains, commercial buildings, factories, and railroads. The map sheet was part of the "Atlas of the City of Detroit and Suburbs" which was published in 1885 in New York by Elisha Robinson and Roger H. Pidgeon.

The Deer Park at Belle Isle is one of the many attractions at this beautiful resort. There are a large number of these animals in the herd of which this view shows but a few. - Monochromatic glass plate negative taken of the remains of the original Belle Isle Bridge after it burned on April 27, 1915, as viewed from Belle Isle to the west of the bridge, facing northeast. Two spans of the bridge remain standing on the right edge of the frame. One of the bridge's piers stands in the river on the left. Several passenger ferries, canoes, and sailboats are on the river. The Detroit Boat Club stands on the shore on the right, and the Conners Creek Electric Power Plant is under construction in the background.
