The front of the pamplet has a description of West Shore Golf Links and their lodging, highlighting the location and types of rooms available. The "Local Ground Rules" are featured on the back page. The interior includes the scores and record of Bob Seils and Don Walsh from a golf game dated July 13, 1953.

- A black and white photo of three men and a woman that are all dressed professionally who are seated around a table with trophies on it. The woman smiles and the man in the suit appears to be writing something down while the man next to him watches. There is an indiscernible flag that is flying in the background. On the rear: Stamped to the paper are “Don Heuchen St. Louis” “38689” and “JUL 19 1963”. Handwritten below and to the left of the various stamps is: “Heuchan. Golf. Westshore. 1963. Westshne G.C. St. L. at Douglas” There is one more line of text, but it is difficult to make out.

- A photo of three men and one woman playing golf together. The woman has putted her ball towards the hole, where a man holds the flag. Another man crouches, and the other man casually rests on his golf club. On the back is inscribed “St. Louis at Douglas Golf Joust. From Left Potter [unknown], kneeling/unknown, Susan Switzer Fons, Jerome Switzer on the right.” It also has Don Heuchen’s record stamps and address, as well as the date.

- Series of four postcards highlighting the natural beauty found in Saugatuck-Douglas, Michigan. The postcards feature the Big Pavilion on the riverfront, the Saugatuck Country Club, a yacht approaching the Saugatuck harbor, and Lake Shore Drive in Douglas, Michigan. All of the postcards are drawings with saturated and vibrant colors. The pictures are primarily of greenery and areas along the water. Circa 1955.
