- Book containing a prospectus and architectural plans for The Westminster apartment building. The first sheet of the book contains a black and white drawing of the proposed building, drawn by J. Lawson Miller. The page also indicates that the plans were drawn up by the architectural firm of S.C. Falkinburg, and states that the apartments were to face Grand Circus Park, Madison and Adams Avenues. The second sheet contains the prospectus for the location and design of the building. The following eleven sheets contain floor plans for the basement and ten floors of the Westminster. The sheets are enclosed in grey front and back covers, and the book is bound by a green ribbon tied into a bow on the front cover.
