She holds an "official ballot," labeled as such. A caption below reads, "I love my husband, but--oh you vote." "1909 by Dunston-Wedler Lithgraph Co." printed in lower right corner. "Suffragette Series No. 12," printed at upper right. Verso bears a message addressed to Miss Hollie Brooks, from her sister, thanking her for a pair slippers, despite one being too small, and describing her efforts to exchange an ill-fitting cap for someone named Cecil, through the mail.
