Prospectus entitled "The Detroit and Deadwood Gold Mining Co. - Two Bit Basin, Black Hills, S.D." The prospectus has a soft cover that is gray/tan in color with black and gold text. The 18 inside pages are glossy white paper with black text and several black and white pictures. Company officers are shown on page 1 as: Malcolm McCallum, Chicago, Illinois, President; Albert F. Peck, Detroit, Michigan, Vice-President; Robert H. Murray, Detroit, Michigan, Secretary; and Frank C. Andrews, Detroit, Michigan, Treasurer. The company general offices were located in Detroit, Michigan, and a branch office was located in Deadwood, South Dakota. A location map of the mine and adjacent land parcels is pasted on the inside front cover of the prospectus.
