- Board of Trade of the City of Detroit membership roster. This 4-page membership roster is handwritten in black ink on Board of Trade letterhead paper. The letterhead shows a drawing of the Board of Trade building in the upper left corner which has been embossed with the Board seal. The first page of the roster is entitled "List of Members of the Board of Trade of the City of Detroit, Michigan, December 31 of 1900" and names are generally listed alphabetically as follows: "Allan, H. - Roster, "Soldier's Memorial," for Company A of the 5th Regiment Michigan Cavalry in the United States Civil War. The roster shows Civil War scenes around its border, including scenes of soldiers leaving home, on the battlefield, at camp, and returning home. It lists the members of Company A in the center in three columns. The left and right columns show the names of enlisted men, with remarks next to some names indicating the circumstances in which certain members of the Company were discharged, promoted, taken prisoner, transferred, deserted, wounded, or killed. Text at bottom left lists the Company's engagements during the war, text at bottom right lists skirmishes in which it took part, and text at bottom center reads "Organized at Pontiac, Michigan. / Mustered into U.S. service for 3 years, Aug 26, 1862 / Published April, 1864, by J.C. Fuller & Co., Baltimore, Md. / Lith of Major & Knapp, 449 Broadway, New York."

- Kiwanis Club roster booklet bound with staples in a grey paper cover containing 16 single sided pages listing the groups officers and members for their first year. The second to last page is signed, "To my friend Charles [R. Cowdin, a founding member], from Walter [O. Lloyd, the past district governor, Poughkeepsie, New York state]."

- The Merchants and Manufacturers Exchange organization roster. This page is printed in black ink on white paper and appears to have been torn from a membership roster. The front side shows the name of the organization, names of past presidents, and names of actuaries. The bottom portion shows the names of company presidents and the secretary for The Detroit Manufacturers Club. The verso shows the names of Exchange officers as well as the names of the board of directors and various committees. This roster was included in an envelope along with a 2-page letter that was written by Orrin R. Baldwin. He was the president of the American Harrow Company as well as the president of the Merchants and Manufacturers Exchange.

- Roster, "Soldier's Memorial," for the Detroit Montgomery Rifles, Company M of the Thirty-second Michigan Infantry, United States Volunteers in the Spanish-American War of 1898. The print shows a scene on the left of men leaving for war, a scene on the bottom of men fighting in battle, and a scene on the right of men returning home. The center of the print shows three columns comprising the roster of Company M, with the left and right columns listing enlisted men and the center column listing company officers, sergeants, corporals, musicians, artificer, wagoner, and the commanding colonel. A text box on the bottom of the print reads "Organized at Detroit, May 26, 1877, Mustered into the U.S. Service at Island Lake, Mich., May 13th, 1898." Text at bottom reads "Copyright 1898, By Fuller Brothers, Buffalo, N.Y."

The pocket-size ring binder has a black, simulated leather cover and the front and is stamped in gold-colored text that shows "Rotary Club, Highland Park" and "Maurice Siden." The interior pages are printed in black text on white paper and show the names, home and business addresses, and pictures of each club member. The front and back sections of the binder include a list of the club goals and a copy of the club constitution.
