- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation of Residence to Be Erected on Center Ave., Bay City, Mich., by Mr. George Kolb." The drawing (Job 256) consists of red and black ink on linen and shows a view of the front of a proposed 3-story home. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The house is located on the north side of Center Avenue just west of Trumbull Street.

- One set of architectural "Specifications for Mr. George Kolb, Sr., for a Hollow Tile and Brick Residence Located on the North Side of Center Avenue Between Chase and Tromble Streets, Bay City, Michigan." The specifications (Job 256, Set No. 1) are bound in a booklet that has two brass fasteners at the top. The cover is made of heavy tan paper and includes typewritten text for the title. Printed text beneath the title shows the name, "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." The cover interior and outside back cover have printed advertisements for many contractors, tradesmen, and building materials suppliers. The booklet contains 93 pages of typewritten text that give brief descriptions of all of the materials and construction requirements for the project. An index is shown on the first page.
