Calling the Republican stand to defund the Affordable Care Act an "ideological crusade," Obama describes the impact of their action, even as the ACA begins signing up individuals for health insurance. He reminds listeners that 85% of Americans will see no change to their employer provided coverage and the remaining 15% will finally have a chance to obtain affordable coverage.
