- One architectural drawing entitled "Front Elevation." The drawing (Job 240) consists of red and black ink on linen and shows a front elevation view and wall cross-section detail for a proposed 2-story, 4-family apartment building. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of eight sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for "Mr. F. [Frederick] Schindler, Owner, Detroit, Michigan." Some blue, green, and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. The building was located on 14th Street between Pine and Perry Streets in Detroit.

The films, "High and Dizzy," and "Guilty of Love," as well as a performance by vaudeville duo Count Perrone and Trix Oliver entitled "Song Symphony," are advertised on the marquee. A sign hung from the roof of the theater also advertises the availability of chop suey. A haberdasher is located in the storefront to the left of the theater, and several signs which read, "Kobe," are posted in the window of the storefront to the right.
