- Obv.: Ouroboros with head at bottom enclosing cock-headed anguipede, head to l., whip in raised r. hand. Large circular shield at l. side, but no part of l. arm is shown. The figure wears a military tunic and kilt. Rev.: Eagle-headed god clothed only in apron, standing to front, head to l., calathus on head, small wing at each side of it; two more wings from top of shoulders, two from hips, bird tail. In each hand, raised to shoulder height, a lozenge-shaped symbol ending below in two long points, perhaps a form of the sa, or sign meaning protection. Round bevel, seven scarab beetles, a star, an obscure character, a cynocephalus, a crocodile, a rat (?), and a palm leaf. Green jasper. Upright oval, 37 x 27 x 4 (Studies in Magical Amulets, Bonner).

- Obv.: Pantheos standing to front on cartouche formed by an ouroboros, which contains six indistinct signs. Crudely engraved human face, on each side of which are five projections meant for heads of animals. Atef crown. The figure has four wings, bird tail, tufts on knees. There is a horizontal bar proceeding from each shoulder above the wings; another pair of arms hanging, indistinct. On each side, supported by the wings, a was scepter with curious branches near the top. On the right side there is a third scepter nearer the body. At l. of the crown, a hawk with disk, at r., a small bird. Rev.: Inscription in seven lines, ending with seven omegas. Green jasper. Upright oval, 26 x 20 x 6 (Studies in Magical Amulets, Bonner).

- Obv.: Anubis standing to front, head to r., wearing short tunic, holding situla in r. hand, was (this word should be italicized) scepter in l. Rev.: Plain. Nicolo. Upright oval, 13 x 11 x 3. Design on smaller face (Studies in Magical Amulets, Bonner).; Magical gem with Anubis figure. The jackal-headed Anubis is holding a situla in one hand and the traditional was scepter, with a jackal head, in the other. An inscription reads tyche (or "good) luck!"). This text is carved in reverse because this gem would have been used as a personal seal, impressed on wet clay, hot wax, or molten lead to present a mirror image of the gem. Nicolo (a form of onyx); 1.3 cm h., 1.1 cm w., 0.3 cm th. (Death Dogs, Wilfong).
