It has an area of 1,906 acres, 14 miles of roadways, 92 miles of railway track and 1 1/3 miles of docks. It includes blast furnaces, open hearth and steel mill, glass plant, foundry, paper mill, cement plant, body plant, coke ovens, power plant and motor assembly plant where new Model A engines are built. - Two architectural drawings with the first entitled "Factory Building for American Die Works, Detroit, Michigan" and the second entitled "East Side Elevation [and] West Side Elevation." The drawings (Job 279) consist of red and black ink on linen and show front and side elevation views as well as a cross-section detail for a proposed 1-story factory building. These drawings, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, were part of a set of five sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect," for a proposed factory building on Milwaukee Avenue.

- Frederick Stearns and Company invoice for "4 dz. tar & cherry 25¢," "2 dz. white pine expectorant 25¢," and "b. list and calendar," sold to P.J. Winn and Company of Fork Union, Virginia for $8.25, on April 13, 1892. The invoice is printed on letterhead including lithographs of Frederick Stearns and Company's Detroit laboratory and a coat of arms with a shield divided party per chevron and charged with three crosses, and a bird as a crest. The letterhead lists Frederick K. Stearns as the president, Frank C. McLaughlin as the vice president and treasurer, and Thomas Bennett as the secretary. The listing of Mark L. Dunning as the treasurer has been redacted beneath a red stamp. "Bill F. Stearns & Co. Enclosed," has been handwritten on the verso.
