Notes:: A group of Greek officers and Polish Legionaires pose for a photograph at Werl. Polish officers who refused to take an oath to the new Regency government in Warsaw in 1916 were sent to prison camps in Germany and Austria-Hungary to serve the remainder of the war in captivity.
