- Photograph of Thoman Mill and Morley Boarding House at 125 East Ottawa Street in Lansing, Michigan. Taken before 1884. The Thoman Mill was built in 1869, by Fred Thoman and his brother-in-law F. J. Reitz. The mill mainly processed grain into flour, but also supplied steam, water, and power for the cityIt lasted almost a century at that location before being demolished in 1957 for a parking lot. Two copies. The same image as <a href="https://cadl.pastperfectonline.com/childbylink?id=C9BDEF6B-B606-498D-84A8-725599451790">this photograph</a> which was not signed by photographer Bovee.
