- Athletics were first organized at Haslett High School in 1912, although informally due to the size of the school. Players of any grade and size were accepted to the teams. Some of the players pictured are Merl Green (Greene), a senior; Glen Brook (Brooks) who was an infielder and also a senior; LaVerne Cochrane, an outfielder and a senior; Otis Seely; Jack J. Brusselbach Russel, a senior. Barry's first name and other details are not identified.
