- Print. Large sepia-toned photographic print depicting the west side of Woodward Avenue from Clifford Street to Grand Circus Park (as indicated on verso). Businesses along this stretch include A.B. Sears Undertaking, Horton's Scotch Bakery, Jas N. Davie Harness, Wolff's Trunk Factory, a cigar and liquor store, and Detroit's Throat and Lung Institute. A freestanding sign for Howe's Sewing Machines is posted on the sidewalk on the east side. Grand Circus Park is visible in the background on the right. Streetcar rails, two horse-drawn wagons and several people are in view as well. "Mrs. Anna S. Randall, 103 Woodland, Detroit," and "Before 1888" also handwritten on verso.

Streetcars and automobiles populate the thoroughfare; pedestrians are visible walking on the sidewalk adjacent to the avenue. Also adjacent to the avenue are several businesses including Best & Russell Cigars, Steel Jewelry, Hotel Oxford, Hotel Wilson, a loan office and "locale for a light lunch." Visible in the central left foreground is a policeman's traffic stand. Visible in the background is the Majestic Building.

- Sepia-toned photo mounted on a black cabinet card with gold trim bearing an image taken during the 1891 National Encampment of the Grand Army of the Republic in Detroit. The photo was taken from an elevated position across Campus Martius, looking southwest, down Fort Street. Horse-drawn streetcars and their tracks are visible along both Woodward and Fort. City Hall and the base of the moonlight tower in front of it are visible on the right. At the left is the Hammond Building, draped in banners and indicated with a blue "X," and the Bagley Memorial Fountain. "Left side Detroit City Hall - (Mother's bank marked X.)" handwritten on verso.

- One booklet entitled, "32 Years Ago," which was published by the Union Trust Company to commemorate their 32nd year of business. The company was founded in 1891 and the booklet was published in 1923. The booklet consists of a single panoramic strip of halftone photographic images that show downtown Detroit storefronts along the east side of Woodward Avenue as of 1891.
