Edge uneven, but rounded and polished. Part of edge broken off. Moving in from edge, disc has concentric convex bulge, the large round flat central area. Perhaps originally the base of a vessel, but later reworked and used as a lid or cover of some sort. Concentric polishing marks throughout.
