Fragment of woven wool fabric with plied warp, brown and yellowed weft and yellowed weft-wrapping. The piece is very dirty but the brown weft appears to be somewhat variegated (shaded stripes?). There are several bands of ovals formed by weft-wrapping with brown background and narrow stripes of brown and yellow in between.
