Description:

Buff micaceous clay; unglazed, heart-shaped nozzle extending part way across narrow plain rim. Raised grooved band about discus. Leopard proceeding right in center of discus. Molded ring handle, four grooves on upper half, two on lower. Double grooves outline handle where attached to underside. Base ring set off by single groove without and double within. Small stamped concentric circles above and below stamped signature: L. Cae(cilii) Sae(cularis). Nozzle end slightly blackened.
