Cabins at Five Point Place Circa 1937

Notes:
The seven cabins pictured were located directly behind Five Point Place. They were rented by the night to travelers. The men's and ladies' showers and toilets were attached to the rear side of the restaurant. The cabins were built about 1933. The oil and grease rack is shown directly behind the gas station.; The cabins rented for $5.00 nightly for two people. The house where Lydia and Chris lived can be seen to the left and behind the door that reads Men's Shower. This two-story house was over 100 years old. This photo was taken around 1937. The entire complex (restaurant, gas station, and house) was sold to Richard Michalke in 1946.
