The front is made of all walnut with cane panels and metal drawer pulls. On the dexter side is a two-drawer storage compartment and a three-drawer stage unit is on the sinister side. A lock and key finishes off this piece.

- This Office Desk, in the collection of The Henry Ford, consists of an off-white plastic laminate work surface with three plastic drawers that have wood fronts and an electric cord and plug. The file unit is behind the work surface and is constructed of a fabric covered metal pull-up with five metal hanging file bars. The end and back panels are made of wood and the end panels are painted blue. The frame is a combination base made of aluminum with three white plastic glides.
Under the work surface is the label 'Sb020500' and 'Sb020404'.

- This unit, in the collection of The Henry Ford, has a white plastic laminate top with walnut edge and a black wood frame under work surface. The front has 2 black metal drawers with the dexter side encased in red, white, blue and gray micarta panels. The frame consists of a chromed metal with H-leg and foot crossbar that sits on metal glides.
According to the 1951 Herman Miller, Inc. Trade Catalog: "This desk is ideal for the home and school dormitories. Additional uses for the E. S. U. desks were as tables for sewing or receptionist desk. "

- This Desk, in the collection of The Henry Ford, consists of a work surface and shelf made of white plastic laminated wood with walnut veneer on the back and sides. The back edge of the top work surface is decorated with multicolored, painted wood pigeon hole dividers. There are also two ebonized wood pencil drawers attached to the surface. The base is made of two tubular swaged metal units supported by four curved legs with black plastic glides and a cross support of walnut veneer.
The swaged legs half make up the product name of this pieces: Swag-Leg Desk.

The back contains a recessed hanging file bin with tambour veneer and three molded plastic pencil drawers with teak fronts. - This Secretarial Desk, in the collection of The Henry Ford, consists of two separate units that are completed when put together but can be used separate as well. both units are constructed of walnut veneer on all sides and a while laminate top.
The Smaller of the two units sits on four metal legs with white plastic glides and has two drawers on the sinister side with metal pulls. This unit also comes with an electrical cord and electrical outlet.
The larger of the two units also sits on four metal legs with white plastic glides and has two drawers on the sinister side with metal pulls. On the dexter side can be found compartments for shelves, four screw holes and an electrical cord. On the center top are two electrical outlets.

The lift cover is walnut veneer with cork board interior. there is also a padded gray vinyl elbow rest and the edging is a dark gray vinyl.
