A Michigan State University faculty panel discusses the topic "Food and the City" exploring contemporary and historical issues around the topic of food including local and global food sustainability, entrepreneurship, environmental and health implications, and food and history. Melissa Baumann, Associate Dean of the Honors College, convenes the session and moderates.
