Handwritten message on recto reads, "Aboard Str. "City of Mackinac" 8/8 06. Left Detroit at 9:30 A.M. for the Soo & will arrive tomorrow night. Printed on verso: On the Lagoon in Evening at Belle Isle. - Band Concerts are given at the city's expense during the summer afternoons and evenings.
