Cutaway bay on south facade with spindlework. Two story bay on north facade. Windows are one light over one . Oval window with keystone trim on south facade. Full width porch with a pediment over the entry; and plain wood supports and balustrade. Spindlework frieze and brackets. Lattice under porch. Small entry porch at south rear with similar detailing. Stone foundation. One and a half story barn at rear.

Round support columns set on concrete piers, and a low concrete balustrade. Stone foundation. One story addition with a shed roof to south and east facades. Windows are two lights over one. Aluminum siding. Detached, two car garage to south. (259 at rear).

- North and west facades taken facing southeast-; Two and a half story, brick Queen Anne style building. Hipped roof with lower cross gables. Full width, glass enclosed porch with brick supports, and brick balustrade. Many windows are six vertical lights over one, others are four over one. Many windows are in ribbons of three or four. The building has been heavily altered since its construction.

- North and west facades. Facing southeast.; Asymmetrical massing and cross gables with hipped roof are exhibited in this two story house which sits on a stone foundation. A touch of Gothic Revival is seen in the arched window hoods, door surround, and front and west facade bay windows. . The L-shape wrap porch is supported by round columns on brick piers.The 1874 Washtenaw County Atlas depicts this house with vergeboard in the peaks of the gables and hipped roof dormers, cresting on the ridgeline, finials, and shuttered upper story windows.

Molded wood lintels over front windows on upper story. Windows are two lights over two. All windows have shutters. Rectangular two story bay on west facade with a convex roof. One and a half story, modern, addition to east rear separate from house with a connecting corridor. Glass enclosed, hot house room at west rear. Modern, two car garage at rear. Two story building on east rear houses doctor's office and apartment.

- North and west facades taken facing southeast; Two and a half story, asymmetrical, Second Empire style house with a concave mansard roof. Forward wing projects through mansard roof to form a square-peaked gable with decorative vergeboards and a small oval topped window. Dormers on east and west facades. Tall, one light over one windows. Varied window treatments: oval topped; pointed hood with small brackets; squared hood with small brackets. Partial width porch has: boxed, slender, supports; brackets under the eaves; spindlework balustrade; and wood railings. Double, glass and wood entry door. Rectangular, two story bay on east facade with a bay window on the first story. Large bay on front (north) facade with brackets under the eaves. West facade has two story bay with an entry porch. One and a half car, pyramidal roof, clapboard garaqe at rear.
