- Dinner menu card from the Hotel Pontchartrain dated, Thursday, February 14, 1918. The recto lists meal options under the headers, "Oysters," "Hors d'oeuvres," "Soups," "Fish," "Special Selections," "Vegetables," "Salads," "Desserts," "Ice Cream," "Fruit," "Cheese," and "Coffee." Wartime meal stipulations are printed across the top, along with the War Savings Stamp logo: The United States Food Administration has decreed one meatless meal and one wheatless meal every day, also the use of no Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Veal, or Pork on Tuesday, no White Wheat Flour, on Monday and Wednesday and no Pork of any description on Saturday. Breakfast is hereby designated as the meatless meal and Dinner as the wheatless meal. The verso is printed with an image of a flag and a passage discussing the Hotel Pontchartrain's involvement in the United States Food Administration's conservation plan.

- Menu booklet from the Seventh Annual Banquet of the Iota Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi held at the Russell House on December 26, 1901. The menu consists of four leaves of paper bound between two sheets of off-white cardstock with a burgundy ribbon. The Iota Chapter logo along with an engraving of birds flying against a cloudy background are on the cover. The menu, toasts, and a list of the fraternity brothers by year are contained within.

- Color postcard depicting a wrap-around counter in H.J. Boerth's Quick Lunch, with men seated on stools and women working behind the counter. A cash register is in the foreground. Printed on verso: This Card Shows Boerth's Quick Lunch, located at 108 Woodward Ave., on the main floor, which is one of the finest and most up-to-date Quick Lunch Counters west of New York City. The annex in basement consists of a cafeteria with five private dining rooms in connection. One-minute service, cleanliness, sanitary cooking, fine quality of food, and popular prices, make it especially attractive. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Oct 4, 1909.

- Menu for the Washington's Birthday dinner at the Russell House, consisting of a half-folded sheet of off-white paper glued inside of a blue paper cover. The cover is printed with a half-tone portrait of George Washington, a green embossed image of the hotel's crest, and as a border composed of cherry trees, cherries, and axes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are listed within along with a program of musical selections to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra.

- Black and white photograph taken in the main dining room of the Russell House. Three archways extend into small alcoves that contain a single dining table. A wooden railing, topped with a potted plant, extends across the left half of the opening beneath each arch. The opening beside each railing is flanked by a leather upholstered chair on the right, and a small table holding a basin on the left. A wooden column with an octagonal base supports a ceiling beam that extends out from between the two arches nearest to the camera. China is displayed along the tops of the molding around the room. The recto is signed with the initials, "F.S." "Russell House," is handwritten on the verso.

- Black and white photograph of the cafe within the Russell House. A partially open wooden door with a leaded glass window is on the left. Against the wall to the right of the door is a dining table beneath a white table cloth. Glassware and plates are on the table. The table is surrounded by two chairs with leather upholstery on the seat and backrest, as well as a third chair with a triangular seat, and a semi-circular piece that extends around the chair to serve both as the arm rests and the back rest. The walls consist of tiled panels between wooden molding. Above the molding, a mounted deer's head, a mirror, and painted banner motifs bearing the text, "Bid them cover the table, serve in the meat," decorate the upper portions of the wall. The recto is signed with the initials, "F.S." "Russell House," is handwritten on the verso.

- Small sepia-toned photographic print captioned on the verso as "Mt. Elliot Ave. looking south from Grand Boulevard, March 10th, 1918." The view is along the center of Mount Elliot Avenue. Two sets of streetcar tracks run along the center of the street. Snow covers the ground. Several billboards are on the east side of the street. Those not obscured by utility poles advertise oil and tobacco. Behind them is a restaurant indicated by a sign which simply reads, "Eat.' Several homes and businesses are on the west side of the street as well. A young girl stands near a utility pole on the right. Two more pedestrians, and two automobiles are visible in the distance.
