Best view in this collection of Arbaugh's several units: main store, garden center, and housewares center. On the west side of the street, signs are seen for Morrissey's Factory Outlet shoes at 406 and Capitol Fur at 408 South Washington Avenue. The Lansing Board of Water and Light "Electricity" sign is also visible at the end of East Allegan Street at Grand Avenue.
