Ribbon-bound menu for the Fifth Annual Banquet of the Louisa St. Clair chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution held at the Russell House on January 9, 1899. The menu is printed on cream-colored cardstock, and features the D.A.R.'s symbol in blue and gold on the cover. The menu, a list of pieces to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra, and a list of toasts are provided on the pages within. An envelope with the handwritten note, "Banquet - Daughtetrs of the American Revolution Russell House. Jan 9th 1899," is included.
