Ford, Klingensmith, and Graham Egerton as representative of Acting Secretary of the Navy, F.D. Roosevelt.

OKLAHOMA," both written J.G. Tawresey of the U.S. Navy. A stamp on the cover indicates that the report was receives by the Ford Motor Company's Office of the Superintending Constructor for the U.S. Navy on February 27, 1919, in preparation for the construction of the Ford Eagle Boats later that year. "Noted R.K.," is handwritten in pencil on the upper left corner of the first page.
