The map shows city streets, street names, city and township boundaries, section numbers, streetcar lines, and railroads. The names of former landowners of ribbon farms are shown along the Detroit River along with related parcel numbers and boundary lines. An alphabetical list of street names is shown on the verso. The map was printed by Federal Lithograph Company of Detroit at a scale of 1 inch = 3750 feet and is dated 1919.

- One Canadian topographic survey map entitled "Ontario, Windsor Sheet - Essex, Kent, and Lambton and portions of Elgin, Middlesex, and Huron Counties." The map area includes the Ontario shoreline region from the southern half of Lake Huron to the northern shore of Lake Erie and also Pelee Island. The adjacent Michigan and Ohio shorelines are also shown. The map was prepared by the Department of the Interior, Canada, at a scale of 1:250,000 and is dated 1916. The map includes details such as lakes, rivers, cities, towns, roads, railroads, Indian reservations, and some elevations as well as township names, township boundaries, concession and section numbers. Water areas are shaded pale blue and land areas are white with wide colored lines along county boundaries.

Several tables along the left side of the sheet give statistics on population growth, projected city boundaries in 1930, and leading industries. The map features residential developments of the "Glover Watson Organization" and the company name appears prominently in several inset advertisements across the map.

- One topographic map entitled "A Map of the Middle British Colonies in North America." The map was originally published by Lewis Evans of Philadelphia in 1755 and was updated by Thomas Pownall. This updated version was printed by J. Almon of Piccadilly, London, England, and is dated March 25, 1776. The map area covers the Atlantic coast of North America from Norfolk and Cape Henry, Virginia, northward to the Passamaquoddy River, Maine. The map area extends westward to Fort Detroit (Fort Pontchartrain) and southwestern Ohio. A small inset map extends the area of coverage to the Mississippi River. Map details are drawn in black ink on slightly yellowed paper with green ink being used to show colony boundaries. Map information includes towns and forts, mountain ranges, rivers, lakes, Indian tribal regions, and travel distance tables as well as lines of latitude and longitude. Township names are listed for the colonies of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.

- One "Map of U.S. Lake Survey Basin at Fort Wayne." The map consists of black ink on linen and shows the dock and frontage along the Detroit River that were occupied by the U. S. Lake Survey Office at Fort Wayne. A seawall is also shown at the upstream side of the basin. Water depths are indicated in the vicinity of the basin to the nearest tenth of a foot and are referenced "to a plane 5 feet below the capping." The names, "Wm. J. Marshall," and "Drouillard's Boathouse" are shown on the adjacent "Crane Estate" property that is located immediately northeast of the fort property. The title block on the left side of the sheet indicates that the map was "Made under the direction of Major W. L. Fisk, Corps of Engineers, and E. E. In black ink on linen, the map shows the layout of the town and fort as of 1796 including the names and locations of property owners at that time. Several areas have been tinted light blue. The map also shows the layout of the downtown area as of 1845 which has been superimposed faintly in red ink. The superimposed area extends from Woodward Avenue on the east, to the Detroit River on the south, to Cass Street on the west, and to Lafayette Street on the north. The map appears to be drawn at a scale of approximately 1 inch = 100 feet and helps to show the location relationship between the old and new cities.

- One map print entitled "Detroit - Prior to the Fire of June 11, 1805." The map shows the layout of the town and fort as of June, 1805, including the names and locations of property owners at that time as well as lot numbers, lot dimensions, street names, and right-of way widths. The map area extends from Griswold Street on the east, to the Detroit River on the south, to Cass Street on the west, and to Fort Street on the north. The map also shows the extent of filling which occurred along the shoreline from 1805 up 1889. The title block in the lower left corner indicates that the map was "prepared by C. M. Burton, Wayne County Abstract Office, from Official Records." The drawing was done by "R. J. Mackey, Draughtsman," at a scale of 1/2 inch = 60 feet and is dated 1889.
