- Menu and program booklet from a Thanksgiving dinner served at the Wayne on Thursday, November 27, 1902. The menu is bound in a cream colored cardstock cover with white thread. A blackface caricature of a child rides on the back of a turkey holding an ear of corn hung from a stick in front of the bird on the cover. A list of pieces to be performed by Haug's Orchestra, as well as a list of the dishes to be served are contained within. "Very good. Give us More." is handwritten inside on the blank side of the inner leaf.

- Breakfast menu card from the Russell House, dated Thursday, December 19, 1901 with a tear-off postcard attached at the top. The card is printed on beige paper, with an image of the hotel's crest beside a small half-tone head-and-shoulders portrait photo of D.W.H. Moreland flanked by a color illustration of a man and woman standing beside opposite ends of a horse-drawn carriage, providing the face of the postcard. The menu is printed in green below. Mailing instructions, and space for addresses and stamps are provided on the verso.

- Half-folded banquet menu autographed by Ulysses S. Grant from a luncheon held in his honor at Young's Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 15th, 1880. The menu is composed of blue fabric and cardstock, and the cover is decorated with hand painted flowers. "Complimentary to Gen. U. S. Grant by the Republican State Committee," is printed on the interior on the left. The menu is printed in pink on the right. The verso is signed by Ulysses S. Grant and printed with "Young's Hotel, October 15th, 1880."

Haass, and architect John M. Donaldson. Bound by a burgundy ribbon.

The menu is printed on paper with a color lithograph of a woman reaching for an overhead branch on the front cover, and a girl holding a parasol beneath a sunflower on the back cover. The menu lists a soup, fish, broiled item, roast items, cold dishes, entrees, relishes, vegetables, pastries, and desserts. Van Est and Graves are listed as the proprietors.
