Upper part with head of Bes above head of Herpakhrat (”Horus the child”) rest of his body gone; 1/2 of snake probably held in his right hand; one side totally gone; a snake winds up either side of stone; on back top is a scene of Isis suckling Horus (?) with vertical rows of hieroglyphs below; hieroglyphs in every available space on front and sides.
