Description:

South and west facades. Facing northeast.; This transitional Queen Anne/Colonial Revival house has hipped roof with shingled cross gables, asymmetrical massing, and free classic details. Its full front porch has a pediment gable clad with fish scale and is supported by classical columns on a raised molded cement base.A two-story bay sits under the west gable. A one-story porch attaches to the rear. There is a 20 by 30 foot barn in back of house. Back yard has wooden fence. Interior has sand plaster walls and ceilings on the first floor. Bi-fold, French, and pocket doors connect the three main rooms. Floors are oak with a pine center. The kitchen has oak wainscotting, with pine ceiling and floor. An open front staircase leads to three second floor bedrooms. A fourth bedroom was converted to a bath. The third floor was remodeled into a bedroom.
