Rhenish ware. Broken and mended. Thin walls. Orange clay. Brown black glaze with a metallic luster; applied white paint. Above and below the six “thumb-marks,” a row of roulette-hatching, above the upper of which is a wavy line, and below the lower, a row of dots; in each “thumb-mark” is a large white dot, and between them are scrolls, and the inscription SVCEME. Gazda: Black-slipped beaker. Clay, with added paint.
