Concentric fold projects around top of vessel, just below rim. Convex sides, w/a slight constriction toward the base, taper down to meet ring base. Ring base is part & not applied. Bottom has conical kick extending up into vessel; short cylinder attached to this kick probably held wick. Ring base has short, rounded flaring sides. Pontil mark. Bubbling near rim.
