Description:
Building being created north of Keeler Building on Division. Looking west from Central School. The twin steeples of St. Mark's Episcopal Church are visible through the trees on the lower right side of the photograph. The McKay Tower located at the intersection of Pearl and Monroe is in the upper right. The Manufacturers Building, current home of Kendall College of Art and Design located on Division north of Fountain Street is visible to the left of St. Mark's. This photograph can be dated between 1926 and 1929 since the final 14 stories have been added to the McKay Tower and the dome has not yet been placed on the roof of the building.
