Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal box design for advertisement

Text includes recipes for marshmallow squares, a crispy crump pie shell, fillings for crump pie shell strawberry pie, ice cream pie, and butter rice krispies. According to the Kalamazoo Gazette, March 16, 1941, commercial artist Alf Nelson accepted a position in the art and advertising department of the W. K. Kellogg Company in Battle Creek, Michigan. He was formerly employed at the Norton and Barrett studios and was known for his designs for nationally known manufacturers of food products and automobiles.
