Miss Swaine's Home Economics Class at Ypsilanti High School
Home Economics Class of 1914-15 at Ypsilanti High School, taught by Miss Jessie Swaine (1879-1968) who was a lifelong resident of Ypsilanti (at 101 E. Forest) and the first to organize a Home Economics Department at the high school.
