Letter from musketeer Paul Pommer, addressed to the family of Gust. (Gustav) Pommer in Frankfurt, Germany. Letter is dated January 20, Wetteren, postmarked January 21, 1918. Pommer describes the cleaning duties he was assigned Sunday instead of spending time at church, as he suggests his family is likely doing. He expressed his liking for the weekend and the package he received, which contained tobacco and other goods. He requests another package from his family.
