Picture postcard from musketeer Paul Pommer addressed to his brother Martin Pommer in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Hand dated dated March 3, 1918. The picture’s image features a color scene of three smiling soldiers smoking cigars outside of a trench enclosure. Caption reads: "Eine feine Marke" ("A fine brand"). Pommer describes the hard day of military exercises. He sends his thanks to his mother for a package with a booklet he received two nights ago. Short on time, Pommer sends hasty greeting to Martin, mother, father, and brother Ernst.
