Paul Pommer correspondence, 1918-10-25, World War I
Letter from musketeer Paul Pommer addressed to the family of Gust. (Gustav) Pommer in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Postmarked Wittenberg, October 25, 1918. Pommer states that he will write quickly. On Tuesday afternoon he was with Asolda and arrived at Wittenberg around 3. He consequently became a little sick, just got a sudden headache. As he writes, he is feeling better. His throat also hurts a little. On the day prior he meet with Uncle Otto and went to see some trees. He also saw Frantz D. and Frieda. He says the weather had been agreeable.
