Son of James and Cassie (Brown). He retired from Edward Industrial sales, Inc. of Kalamazoo. Former owner of the Richland Pub, former Michigan State Police Trooper, and Richland Village President and member of the Richland Masonic Lodge No. 217 F & A.M. and a 32nd degree Mason; also the Scottish Rite-Grand Rapids Consistory.
