Presbyterian Parsonage
Presbyterian Parsonage at 307 N. Ann Arbor Street. Photo taken from southeast corner. Shows south porch - now removed, and two chimneys on main portion of house - now removed. Also double brackets at cornice are typical of Italianate style. These were replaced in 1994 with similar double brackets.; Owned by Presbyterian Church until 1950s. It has changed hands several times since then with substantial alterations over the years, including a simulated stone veneer at the lower level, a large front porch and wood shingle siding at the upper level. It was converted to a 2-family dwelling at some point then back to a 1-family in 1989. In 1994, it was restored to its original Italianate exterior.
