UM Swimming Pool
Giffels & Vallet, Inc., architecture firm. Built in 1956 for the University of Michigan swim team. At the time of construction, housed one of two diving towers in the country. When the Canham Natatorium opened in 1988, the building was renovated for use by volleyball, gymnastics, and wrestling teams and renamed Varsity Arena in 1989 and then the Cliff Keen Arena in 1990.
