Pamphlet provided to members of the NSKK to ensure their knowledge of motoring skills. These skills include understanding directions from traffic guards and rights of pedestrians. Extensive direction is written for bicycle riders and their responsibilities. Safety on public transportation, dealing with animals, and traffic issues associated with marches are addressed.
