- One small booklet entitled "The Soldier's Hymn Book." The book has a cloth tape binding and a tan cardboard cover that shows an engraved image of the American flag. It contains 64 pages of black printed text on white paper that shows the lyrics for 77 various religious and patriotic hymns. The booklet was published by the New York Young Men's Christian Association and is dated June 18, 1861.

- Menu card from a complimentary dinner for the employees of the First National Bank held at the Russell House on September 27, 1894. The card is printed on off-white paper printed with a cross-stitch inspired pattern of heraldic lions rampant, and fleurs–de–lis. And embossed silver griffon is printed in the upper right corner. The years, "1864," "1874," and "1894" are printed at the edges of the card.

- Color postcard depicting Woodward Avenue from Jefferson Avenue, facing north at night. In the background is the Pontchartrain Hotel. Signs read "Queen Anne Soap", "Hotel Wilson", "Hats, Shirts", and "Avenue Theatre, Vaudeville Extravaganza". Printed on verso: Woodward Avenue By Night, Detroit, Mich. Woodward Avenue enjoys the unusual distinction of being both Detroit's leading business and residence street. It is named in honor of Judge Woodward, one of Detroit's foremost citizens in the pioneer days, and stretches approximately north and south. At its foot are the ferry docks where boats leave regularly for Windsor, Ont., Belle Isle and Bois Blanc Island. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Sep 22, 1912.

- Color postcard depicting the Detroit Boat Club from bridge to the shore. Printed on verso: Detroit Boat Club, Belle Isle, Detroit, Mich. Boat Club, Belle Isle. The Detroit Boat Club is one of the most exclusive social and athletic organizations in Detroit. Its handsome home on Belle Isle near the bridge was erected in 1902 to replace one destroyed by fire. The building is one of the finest of its kind in the world. Its members enjoy unusual facilities for their favorite sport of rowing, which they combine with sailing and canoeing. Their balls feature the summer in Detroit society. In front of the bridge entrance to the club is one of the finest flower beds on the Island. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 31, 1916.

- One plan sheet entitled, "Rudder - SS Alabama." The drawing consists of ink on linen and shows a profile view of the rudder for the passenger steamship, SS Alabama. The plan was prepared by the Manitowoc Dry Dock Co. at a scale of 3/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated November 30, 1909. The plan number, "1000," is stamped in black ink in the lower right corner of the plan sheet.

Printed on verso: The Hotel Normandie, on East Congress st., is one of the older hotels of the city and has been in use for hospitable purposes for over 40 years. It was extensively remodeled in 1888 and is modern in every respect. It contains 125 rooms. Published by A.C. Dietsche, Detroit, Mich.

- Color postcard depicting the steamer PLEASURE docked at the foot of Woodward Avenue. A sign on the boat reads "Pleasure" and a sign on the dock reads "Moonlight To-Night, Steamer Columbia, 8:30 to 11:30, 35¢". In the foreground is a car and a person on a bicycle. Printed on verso: Belle Isle Pleasure Boat. A favorite method of access to Belle Isle, Detroit's principal pleasure ground, is by steamer, and boats leave regularly from convenient wharves, for the big pier at "The Island." The scene shows one of the large steamers of the Detroit Belle Isle and Windsor Ferry Co., leaving the foot of Woodward Avenue for Belle Isle, band playing and picknickers [sic] thronging the decks. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 19, 1915.

The advertisement shows a left side profile view of a Packard Single Eight with text above reading "Single-Eight A New Production by Packard" and text below advertising the Single Eight automobile. The advertisement is dated "7/23" in hand written pencil at top right. The opposite side of the page features an advertisement for United States Rubber Company tires.
