This folio, Part Five, has a gray/green paper cover that is printed in brown text. There are six interior pages which include sepia-toned photographic images that are entitled as follows: Scripps Mausoleum Scene in Elmwood Cemetery Gentle's Flats Fountain in Grand Circus Park Detroit Athletic Club Residence of C. J. Whitney Clark's Ship Yard and Dry Dock Casino at Belle Isle Park.

- Sepia-toned photo postcard from a souvenir set from the 1923 water ballet and circus performance, "The Awakening," depicting fireworks going off above the performance's set at Shadukiam Grotto Stadium at West Davison Ave and Dexter Boulevard. "'The Awakening' presented by Shadukiam Grotto, Detroit, 1923. 17420 chair seats, 1000 participants--water stunts, circus acts, ballets, fireworks. Conceived and managed by N.C. Chapman. Photo by MacGregor & Vallin," is printed on the verso. The set of three cards were housed in a beige paper envelope with "The Awakening 1923, Photographic Mailing Cards, Price $1.00 Per Set," printed on them, and "Ruth McMeans, 326 El Cerrito, Piedmont, Calif." handwritten on them.

- Black and white photographic print depicting the inside of the Dressler Kiln at the Champion Spark Plug Co. Caption on verso reads: Taken by the Carborundum Company 9-20-1921 - Showing interior of Dressler Kiln (The kiln had been in service for seven months - 2-4-1921 to 9-7-1921). This is a detail of the #A mix better showing the condition of the joints and the chambers. These chambers are the twelfth, eleventh and tenth from the damper box, while the chambers shown in the previous photograph are the #B mix, taken further down the kiln towards the exhaust gas end. Compare these photographs with the one taken last November and not the cleanliness of these chambers as compared with those of the previous photograph.

- Parallel folded brochure listing the 1919 Detroit and Cleveland Navigation Company steamer schedule. The cover bears a painting of the CITY OF DETROIT III sailing away from a sun rise or sun set, as another passenger steamer travels in the distance. The back cover lists the schedule for the WESTERN STATES, EASTERN STATES, CITY OF DETROIT II, and CITY OF ST. IGNACE of the Detroit and Cleveland Division, the CITY OF DETROIT III and CITY OF CLEVELAND III of the Detroit and Buffalo Division, and the CITY OF ALPENA II and CITY OF MACKINAC II of the Mackinac Division. The interior contains a map of routes and a table of fares.

- One plan sheet entitled "Fortifications Michigan. Fort Wayne, Detroit River." This drawing is a blackline reproduction of the original and it shows an overall plan of the fort layout along with existing and proposed ground contour lines. Small handwritten text beneath the title shows "Drawn by Lt. M. C. Meigs, Corps of Engineers, March, 1849." Two cross-section details are shown near the lower edge of the sheet. Small handwritten text near the lower left corner shows "Engr. Department 16 July 1849, Received with Lieut. Meigs letter of 10th instant." Small handwritten text in the lower right corner shows "Fort Wayne 10th Mar. of 1849, Copies/letter submitted to the Chief Engineer. M. C. Meigs, Lt. Engs."

- Sepia-toned head-and-shoulders cabinet card portrait photograph of an unidentified fireman. Badge on hat reads "184", handwritten on back "#19." It's mounted onto a green card backing that bears the name and address of the photographers, Holcombe and Metzen of 222 and 220 Woodward Avenue. The reverse also includes a print of an engraving serving as a more elaborate logo for the photographers, consisting of framed photo of a woman in profile, placed before a partially drawn curtain, which eclipses a half sunburst above.

- One lithograph copy of a plat map entitled "Plat of the City of Detroit as Laid Out by the Govr. and Judges." The plat is printed in black ink on white paper and shows the layout of property lines, lot lines, and right-of-way lines in downtown Detroit. Lot numbers, lot dimensions, right-of-way dimensions, and street names are also shown. Bearings are shown along the right-of-way lines of several principal streets including Michigan Avenue, Washington Grand Avenue, Miami Avenue, Monroe Avenue, Jefferson Avenue, and Woodward Avenue. The plat was drawn at a scale of 1 inch = 250 feet. A note in the lower left corner shows "I certify that this Plat contains a correct Plan of the City of Detroit so far as the materials in my possession have enabled me to prepare the same. Detroit, Jany. 8th 1831, Wayne County, Mich. Terry., John Farmer." Small printed text in the lower right corner shows "Bowen & Co., Lith., Philada."
